This is a resume writing and editing service, linkedin makeover, free resume analysis, free linkedin analysis and other. Its title sounds kind of scaring to me at first sight because of the word smashing along with the logo of the site which is fire, works sort of frightening. The design is fun though. It put me to smile seeing how the drawings of the workers started to appear one by one. The site has a standard panel with options to choose from. There are services, how to get started, the smashing (oh this word again even though I get the stylistic idea) difference, frequently asked questions, about the site and contact information. The site seems to be easy to navigate. There are no additional software or plugins needed to be able to view the content. Also, there is no advertisement which is a good thing. No grammar or punctuation errors were noticed.

Policy of price

There is no pricelist. All you need to do is just to go to Get Started section and you will see an order form you need to fill in. There are three steps to go through which are service selection, personal information and checkout. There are prices for popular bundles, individual services and rush options though.

Advantages

For all the customers, there is an option of forever free help with a job search. What also separates the service from the others is three tier approval, writer interaction, and live customer service, never outsourced.

Disadvantages

I would want to look through some testimonials to get the idea about the service but there is none. Also I belong to people who leave a feedback after using a service myself so I would leave one if there was space for that. There are four successful stories though but are they true or made up? Besides, they are shown as a slide. It would be better if they were not moving for easier reading.

Conclusion

The site is okay looking overall. I would prefer it to be less pricy though and add maybe a discount system for regular clients.
